Tract 5:
±160 acres located on the east side of CR 21 & south side of Julie rd. This parcel offers 1 mile of CR access and roughly 50 ft of contour change. Scenic views can be found back to the SE portion of the tract facing east. Electric is found on the north portion of the tract, off Juliet Rd. There is currently no water and a fence will be needed on the east side of the tract if it's not bought in a combination with Tract 6.
