Tract 4:
±160 acres located on the west side of FM 2889 & north side of Juliet Rd. This parcel offers a submersible well, trough, and a good set of work pens all located on the southern portion of the tract. The dry Cottonwood creek runs along the west side, adding character to the tract. Great access is provided by the paved road and there is electric on the west and south side as well. In addition to the well, there is a water line that runs underneath Juliet rd, to a trough in Tract 6 (See aerial map). If there is a different buyer on Tract 4 & 6, the water line to the trough in 6 will be shut off. There will be no shared water between tracts. Fencing will be needed on the north side of the parcel if there is different ownership on tract 2.
