Tract 8: +/- 302 acres that has access on the west side (CR 76). This tract is currently planted to wheat and has an older set of pens on the western side. This parcel borders the 5.3 acre tract that is the headquarters for the farm. See tract 8 for more information on the headquarters. Topography change is approximately 10 ft from the west to east side. The dimensions of this lot are approximately ½ mile wide X 1 mile long.
