Tract 4: +/- 324 acres located on the east side of CR 75. This tract is currently fallow land. There is a windmill that is positioned in the SE corner of this tract. The state of the well is currently unknown. Topography change is approximately 20 ft from the west to east side. This parcel also borders the ±5 acre tract that is the headquarters for the farm. See tract 8 for more information on the headquarters. The dimensions of the lot will be 1 mile wide X ½ miles long.
